Body Mind complex is a wonderful machine created by nature, it can take lot of abuse BUT not for ever.

Food/Hygiene

You are what you eat, purity of food, how it is cooked and it is bought from income not earned by corrupt means. Also inputs from 5 senses, Eyes, Ear, Nose,Tongue, Touch make or break your body s balance.
  • Be careful with white poisons, Salt, milk, Refined flour, Sugar, White/polished rice, replace with healthy choices
  • Thank/pray Nature/God for your meal, keep away TV and Mobile while eating, Chew adequately and then swallow food, drink water only after 1 hour of eating.
  • Use cold pressed oil/Pure Ghee in place of Refined oils
  • No packaged foods of drinks on regular basis
  • Raw foods like salads, Fruits, dry fruits etc should be 50% of your food intake
  • Good to have six tastes are present in the menu and as many colors in food as practical.
  • Do not use Microwave
  • Dinner before sunset, Confine eating hours to ten (8am to 6pm), 8 hours (10-6pm) can heal most diseases. Do Fasting Once a week
  • Drink clean water, make water alkaline by putting leaves or condiments, store water in earthen pot
  • Eating out, junk food not more than once per week
  • Tooth paste NO more than grain of rice, brush after breakfast and after dinner, other time always rinse with water after snack/drink

  • TONGUE control is vital, for eating and no unwanted talking
  • Who cooks your food also matters, try to cook and chant God name while cooking
  • soaps and shampoo while bath may be harmful, try to use natural stuff
  • Use of beauty products, hair dye etc are harmful in long run, try to stay natural

Exercise

  • Get up before sun rise, Regular Pranayam will bring down your breathing rate from 15 to below 10 per minute, this helps to live long and quieten Mind
  • Deep breathing makes your body alkaline/ Pranayama, streching/Yoga, or brisk walking for 30 minutes daily(about 7000 steps)
  • Daily or at least weekly massage before bath and expose body to morning Sun for 10-15 minutes
  • Good sleep is vital, preferably head facing South. Do not use mobile/Tv 1 hour belofe sleep, keep mob in another room.

Mind Matters

  • Learn to listen to your Body.
  • Always be joyful and happy in all types of challenges
  • Company you keep matters a lot, dishonest income has consequences, No one can escape Karma
