Explore sensual or expressive movement practices such as flamenco, pole dance, improv dancing, couple dances like Tango or Rumba, Belly dance in particular works deeply on the sacral chakra and can release long-standing blocks through regular practice. Practices like qi gong or tai chi help you connect with the fluidity of your emotions and awaken your creative energy. Wounds related to or caused by our mothers can leave the Sacral chakra damaged. Heal your relationship with your mother by either talking things through, or if that is not a good idea, work with a therapist to resolve issues. You can also meditate to release the mother wound.
