VIPASSANA BOOKS
Shri Sathya Narayan Goenka's Vipassna comes from Burma where it was maintained in its pristine purity. It is based on the Sattipatthana Sutta and students can attend a ten day Satipatthan course where this sutta is examined in great detail. In this school of Vipassana "Vedana" (sensations) is the primary tool for "awareness"
