For most problems, we recommend buying a small bottle of the mother tincture, and taking 2-3 drops in half a glass of water, 30 minutes before or after meals. Give a gap of 2 hours between doses. Only 1 dose of each for 1 day only.
Repeat this only once a week and only 3 times. After giving one dose of each, following with a gap of 2 days and giving one dose of Baccillinum 200 is a safe recommendation to prevent cold for all ages.

For adults: First day, use Ferrum Phos (10 tablets in 1/4 glass of water, every 2 hours) or Eupa Perf 30, in wet dose, every 2 hours. 
Aconite is another option. You should never attempt to dry the running nose during the inflamatory stage. On the second day, give the 3 remedies mentioned above.
