Bottlegourd is the most basic in nature, apart from fenugreek, carrot, spinach, brinjals, and fruits like apple, banana, and guava into your diet. Pitta Problems

Drinking kokum juice is also very helpful. Another remedy which promotes better digestion is to boil a litre of water with a paan leaf along with a pod of cardamom until it releases fragrance. Strain and drink warm throughout the day.
