Taper Endo leads to early fracture of tooth
It has been known that tapered instruments remove excessive coronal dentin which is likely to weaken the tooth. Now this evidence.
Paper titled “Fracture susceptibility of endodontically treated teeth” has been published online in Dental Traumatology journal Nov 2011
Aim was to assess the influence of cervical preparation on fracture susceptibility of roots.
High level of dentin wear promoted during the cervical preparation increased the fracture susceptibility of roots. The endodontic sealers tested did not influence the fracture resistance of root-filled teeth. Learn ENDO at USA certified center

Urban Rural divide in Indian dental health industry
The healthcare industry is experiencing a quick transformation owing to the increasing demand for quality healthcare. In India, Oral healthcare is an important aspect of the overall health of an individual. Indian dental care services market, constituted by dentists and dental ancillary services, was estimated to be US $ 739 million in 2010 and is expected to reach US $ 1302.5 by 2015 at a CAGR of 12 percent.

A positive correlation was observed between glycemia and clinical attachment loss while a negative correlation between glycemia and the number of teeth present was found (P Conclusions: tooth and periodontal clinical attachment loss were increased by hyperglycemia in diabetic subjects.
