Every day, you will be sent Reiki healing for 24 hours, and you will have to dedicate about 10-15 minutes to ensure that your body absorbs sufficient energy. The details will be sent to you via email once you register for the healing.
We typically suggest a duration of 1, 4, 7 or 21 days of healing, depending on the seriousness of the illness. For example, something like a common cold, or an upcoming exam will probably require a reiki healing for one day. A problem like arthritis, diabetes, and ailments are traditionally treated for 21 days, followed by another 21-day session after a month if required.
